My apartment is in the very first building in the front of the complex, so no long walks to the pool, and we’re the only people on the bottom floor, so privacy and no grocery trips up 2 flights of stairs.
There’re two cops who live upstairs on the second floor, and the maintenance guy lives on the top floor.
Additionally, the two roommates who are staying are super sweet and quiet girls. I’d prefer it if no party animals moved in, ‘cause these girls have been good to me and I don’t want to leave behind a hassle, lol. Oh, and speaking of which, they’ve changed the rules here at “the Crossing”, so a guy or a girl can move in, they don’t care anymore.
